Fees Delivery Set Up: multiple deliveries, multiple staff, and other billable items and services you need to make your event go smoothly.
Refund policy: all event must be paid 50% 3 months before event. 100% if event is being booked 2 months before event date. IF you should have an emergency/cancelation you can get partial payment back-we will keep a small fee for cancelation and work we have already completed (refund: depending on fee paid, event size and how close the cancelation is to the event time). If we have already ordered and or received flowers and hard goods (vases and such items) you will have to pay and pick up flowers from shop. We will give you all dates needed at time of booking to ensure we all understand our cancelation policies.
